Hi!

I love hoyas!

Can't figure out how to follow this forum, but I'll try to keep popping back. Could I see a recent photo of some of your favorite hoyas?

Nice to meet you!!

This has become one of my faves. It is a Hoya I bought at the USF Tampa Botanical Garden sale years ago that was labeled simply 'Chimera'. It make half and half flowers of different colors sometimes. Lin says it is a cross of 2 plants and that it exhibits the colors of both. These blooms are on the plant now. One 'normal'

One 'chimeric'

It's hard to choose a favorite, they are all amazing but the most recent of mine to bloom was a couple of months ago, H. pubicalyx 'Pink Silver':

Welcome!

My current favorite, and it will likely be a favorite for a very long time is Lacunosa.

I had a few H. lacunosa plants about ten years ago ... loved the fragrance of those sweet little blooms!

Ooooo thank u for the responses! Thank You!

Loving your blooms! I will post a photo from one of my plants that is rooting and working on blooming! My grow light is on so the color is very wonky, so I'll get back to it in the daytime... and along with that! I'll post one little imbricata leaf from in front of my grow light which surprised me the other day. Imbricatas are my favorite and I've never seen one in bloom, but amazingly I can see a peduncle grew on another one of my rooting imbricatas in my kitchen window. The growing leaf fell off but the peduncle remains... fingers crossed Crossing Fingers!

I suppose that's a sign that I like the weird ones - the big ones and the little ones!

That multi colored bloom is gorgeous Gina, your pubicalyx is grand Lin Smiling and I always love a lacunosa too Lovey dubby those small leaves!!

Huh, I thought I made another post here but maybe it didn't work! Let me post some more of my imbricata, as well as my Collina (I was lucky to receive two cuttings from two different orders and both continue to grow, they're so beautiful!)

I am also including my rooting seeds - so happy to have these I could nearly cry! I hope I can raise them up right Hurray!

Welcome! to the world, baby plants!
