So long story short I have an indoor gardening tent with LED lights and fans and an trying to figure out how many hours of light a zucchini can have at maximum per day, how many hours of light parsley can have per day and how many hours of light sage grass can have per day. It's at 14.5 hours of light, out of 24 right now.

Welcome!

That sounds good.

What would make the bottom leaves yellowish?

That could be that these are the oldest leaves, and these can eventually die off, that's natural. And sometimes this happens when the plants are first put out for the summer. I wouldn't worry unless this continues and the new leaves turn yellow.
