Plumeria forum→What to use on my plumeria

My plumeria has never bloomed flowers and it's been 4 years sine I got. The plant just keeps on blooming leaves. I have replanted it in a bigger pot and it has great drainage.
What else am I doing wrong!!!
I did notice "see image"

Please someone help me care for my plumeria

How did it look before you repotted? How long did you repot? How much of the original soil did you remove when you repotted?

Is it in the same location it has been in all along?

You can't just use the regular Miracle Grow fertilizer. It has to be the Bloom booster. The regular one is high nitrogen. That will only make it grow lanky. You have to have the high phosphate.
