Got these cuttings to propagate from a friend ! I remember my friend telling me this was not Money Tree but looks like it.
Keeping them in water until they grow roots. Would love to know what type of plant this is and how to care for it!

You can't grow them from a leaf, you need a stem cutting.

If those are leaves of Dwarf Umbrella Tree (Schefflera arboricola) they will not produce roots. As Daisy mentioned, you'd need part of the woody stem for propagation.
