Hello,
I am having a serious problem with my red twig dogwood shrubs. The leaves seem to be shriveled and spreading. There were also white stringy web like spots on the branches. What can I do to mitigate this problem?

Sorry, but I don't see any problems. Could you add more closer up photos of specifically what you want us to see.
