My globe thistle has a pest that leaves brown eggs/droplets on the leaves surrounded by a web. I also notice some of the leaves seem to be wilting and closing up. I don't know what it is or how to get rid of it without harming my plant, do you have any advice?

I believe the problem is root damage due to too much water.
NOT A EXPERT! Just a grow worm! I never met a plant I didn’t love.✌
