These have been popping up around my irises. Some of them seem to be growing out of woody stems, so I'm not sure if they are perennials or weeds. I don't remember planting anything like this. The bottom image is an example of the leaves growing off a woody stem. Thanks in advance!

The plant looks very much like an emerging Mum. As they emerge in the Spring, there is often woody stock from the previous year and the frilled leak edge is so typical. I would let it grow and work around it. It will revel itself soon.
