Hi - we recently bought and planted these beautiful roses to a garden pot on our balcony /patio. They get watered every other day with 1 Gallon and full south and eastern sun but covered patio. However, some are dying. Why?

What are you spraying on them? Both the rose leaves and the pelargonium leaves have white spots.
