How long has that twine been there? Looks like it could be physical damage from something like a twine rubbing on it on a windy day. Or over watering.

The twine has only been there for a day or 2. I water them once a day. Is that maybe too much?

It could be, I wouldn't worry about it as long as the leaves don't start dying and falling off.

I've been watering my cucumber like every 3 or 4 days here and it's about the same stage as yours.
