I had a loquat tree pruned back fairly hard in the autumn and after an exceptionally wet autumn and winter, it is showing new growth but that is heavily marked and diseased (see attached). The past few months have been dry so I'm not sure whether it's just water related or if the plant is actually heavily infected with disease - the markings seem to be all over the leaves on the tree.

Any advice and insights would be really welcomed!
