My husband and I bought two different evergreen trees from the local extension 10-15 years ago. Half of them were Douglas firs but the other we can't remember and of course no longer have the paperwork. They have long soft needles and a blue-ish color that darkens with age so that the spring growth POPS on a bright green stem with blue-green silver needles. I can't seem to find it online and am hoping some of you can help. In the 2nd photo, it's the lighter one in the middle (between a juniper on the left and what I believe is a Douglas Fir just behind it [also a DF at faaar left]).

Just a wild guess on my part but maybe a variety of Blue Spruce? We have many listings here in our database: https://garden.org/plants/sear...

I'll move this over to the Plant Identification Forum where it will get more views and I'm sure someone will recognize it and be able to offer an exact ID. Smiling

Abies concolor - White Fir. Another Western native (same range as Douglas Fir)
