Hello,
Can anyone identify this plant?

..and secondly, as can be seen in the second picture, many of the leaves have begun to yellow around the edges, and some leaves are being eaten away (small holes). These two things may or may not be related.

I have found very very small bugs on the plant, almost like specs of dust, that seem to all flock around a particular leaf and stalk. I try to wipe off all the bugs, but within a day or two, notice another infestation on a leaf or two. (I guess that most likely explains the holes.)

Can anyone suggest what i might try to sort this problem out?

Many thanks in advance for your time, and sharing your knowledge.

George
