One of my Basil plants has started to yellow, is this mildrew? They have recieved a lot of sun and a little bit of water every other day. The cans also has drainage holes. What should I do with it?

Too much water and not enough dry time between waterings. Let the soil dry out more and don't water as often as you are doing now. Basil needs wet to dry cycles or it will have browning on the leaves. Here's a basil plant that was over watered, see the browning on the edge. I fixed it by allowing the soil to dry more between waterings.
