Is this mostly one type of vine covering this fence? Is the hard tree-like wood vine on one and the flexible plant-like vine on the other just the age of the vine? Google searching Plant ID photo guides are pointing me towards American bittersweet (Celastrus scandens), but I'm struggling. Also, a little off topic (beyond identification), but my goal is to encourage growth in one 10' section of fence that is bare on the top half (the other 100' of the fence is 100% covered). Any advice?

Thanks,
Mike
