I have a screened in porch in my backyard. I've ordered a Reine des Violettes for the corner where it meets the fence so it should have lots of room. I've ordered an Aunt Margy's rose for the other corner. I'm tempted to get a Nahema, mostly for its fragrance, to plant at the remaining corner (furthest from the fence) but I'm worried it will be too much plant. I don't want to block airflow and light into the porch. Should I quit with two?

Can I prune Nahema so it doesn't spread too wide? Once it's on the porch roof it can do as it wishes. I'm open to another climber that has less spread so long as it's fragrant and white, cream, pink or blush.

I'm planning drainspout trellises as supports. I'm putting in a bed of strawberries along the back and a bed of purple roses along the side.
