I found these crawling all over the buds and some leaves of my tropical hibiscus. Does anybody know what they are, and how to get rid of them?

Aphids, I usually just wash them off with water. You can use insecticidal soap neem oil or diatomaceous earth. Probably a few more options some others can suggest.

Spray the buds off with a hose if you can. They are petty easy to get rid of.

Thank you. Looks like most of them washed off. I will hit them again tomorrow.

Thanks,
Roy
