We live in Moscow Mills, MO and the weather here is tough. I have grown my herbs inside, in my walk out basement in front of windows facing north, (not ideal) and under an LED fixture. The arugula, basil, cilantro and rosemary are great but the sage, (common and broad leaf), are tasteless. My wife has a degree in institutional foods and she's use to cooking with the fresh herbs I grew in California. I also grew a dark and a varigated variety there that I noticed aren't even sold here locally. Do you have any suggestions to improve the the flavor of my sage? Please advise and thanks, Hank
