if it's a tall vase-shaped, Regal Splendor. it's very similar to Krossa Regal but has the white edging.

If 'Regal Splendor', is should be blooming now in New Brunswick - at least mine is in Ottawa and it will have VERY tall scapes. Can you get a side view of the entire mound? It's sometimes difficult to tell the shape of the mound from a picture taken from above.
