I planted this last year, I really like it. It's not that tall this year, but...

Hemerocallis 'Isabelle Rose' (Laprise, 2009) Photo by F.D.Richards, 7/2020 - Tall yellow Daylily Dily, hem-ur -oh-KAL-iss, Mature size: 59in.(Laprise,, 7in. pale yellow diamond dusted with little ruffled above extended green throat , USDA Hardiness Zone 4, Michigan Bloom Month 7a, In Garden Bed S2 for 13 MONTHS (Faith). Planted in 2019.

height 59 in.(150 cm), bloom 7 in.(18 cm), season E, Dormant, Diploid, Fragrant, 43 buds, 3 branches, Unusual Form Cascade, Pale yellow diamond dusted with little ruffled above extended green throat. (Starsearch × Heavenly Curls)

I planted it this spring. I was not expecting bloom this year, but it is now putting out a couple of thin scapes. Not sure what I will see from it.

The cage around the plant was to keep the dogs at bay:) Once the plant matures, I will be able to answer your question as to whether it requires support.

I have been growing Isabelle Rose for at least six years. It is one of my favorites out of approximately 300 in my garden. It has such a quiet beauty and grace. It does not lean at all, but I grow it in full sun.

I have grown ISABELLE ROSE for about 5 years and it is a favorite of mine. The only thing that I can add to Jane's comment is that it is fertile both ways. It is one that will remain in my garden for many years to come.
