Hi there, please could someone help me ID this plant and if possible give tips on how to care for it. My Grandma recently passed away and this was always in her living room and I'm really hoping to look after it in her memory but unfortunately I'm not even sure what species it is and I want to do the best I can to keep it alive! Thank you so much :)

Welcome!

It looks like a Prayer Plant - one called Fishbone Prayer Plant (Ctenanthe burle-marxii). I've never grown one so can't help you there.
