I have a large, indoor plumeria that has been battling thrips for months. I've done Neem, Azamax and Spinosad but they just seem to stick around. I want to use something stronger like Bioadvanced with imidacloprid. I was thinking to use the systemic Rose and Flower 2 in 1 or the spray. What are the positives and negatives?

I use Bonide Systemic Granules. It contains Imidacloprid but its not a spray, you pour it on the soil and water it in. I don't like spraying anything because, unless I am wearing a hazmat suit, I'm spraying myself also.
