P. bernardopazzi is loving the shade of the front porch. It suffers a bit every winter while in the house but is always glorious once the weather warms up and it can go outside. Sorry about the broom. I put it there as a reference for size. I am convinced the leaves would get much larger if it were grown in an environment that did not require overwintering in the house.

The A. clarinervium has to adjust to the same conditions but does not seemed to suffer in the house during the winter. Both of these plants are about 4 years old and I have been very pleased with them.

This is such a huge gripe I always have LOL. People who grow their plants as houseplants or 'partial' houseplants always have much cleaner nicer plants than I have. In the greenhouse where its frequently 90F with 80-100% humidity all my stuff gets algae in th summer. Its not tis winter that it really looks pretty keen
