Thanks! It was a spur of the moment thing...that horseshoe was laying under the table so was looking for something to use for size comparison. Once the peppers are nice and dried I probably should take a "dried pepper pic", eh? Happy Gardening! |

I bet they are hot but they are so pretty. I would love to grow some and will only use them in the special hot salsa that the grand kids can't have. I make them their own salsa and they love it as long as it isn't real hot. |

Well, I'm sure you can regulate the heat of the salsa by just adding a pinch of pepper. I bet it'll be a learning curve though! I tend to stick with cayenne and jalapeno peppers for ingesting. Don't think I've gotten into red hot peppers before, although I did taste some mighty fine Habanero jelly once and it was pretty good! Shoe |
