The new leaf came out fine but it started to curl backwards (under) the second day while other leaves seem fine. It was not placed in direct sunlight and the top soil are dry but some part of the deep soil is moist. The new leaf doesn't feel crispy but soft and flexible. Is this normal? Will it be a sign of root rot? It does "sweat" a little bit a couple of times a day, but nothing too much. The humidity is around 60 to 65. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Hi Vera_123456, ![]() Your Blushing Philodendron (Philodendron erubescens 'Pink Princess') looks fine to me. It's normal for new leaves to be soft and pliable, it will completely unfurl in time. ~ I'm an old gal who still loves playing in the dirt! ~ Playing in the dirt is my therapy ... and I'm in therapy a lot! |
