What's Blooming in November

By LarryR
November 27, 2012

November here in our zone 5 gardens brings hard frosts and ends our outdoor gardening season. Almost. I was determined to find at least one blossom as I was writing this. My efforts were rewarded with more blossoms than I expected to find. Come on in and check them out. A note to gardeners in warmer climes: Show us what's blooming in your gardens!

Right you are, Tee, Betsy and Moby! Tee was first, so she gets the prize. But I'll give Betsy and Moby an honorable mention. Tee, I'll be contacting you soon for our little interview and a request for your favorite flower photo. Betsy and Moby, be thinking about a flower photo you'd like me to post with your honorable mention.

Congratulations! Hurray!

Thanks for your comments, y'all.

Good to hear from you, Magga! Is anything blooming in your garden at this time of year?

Nothing blooming here, the ground is frozen and a little snow and a few frozen rosebuds. Now I have time for quilting, knitting and keeping my hands busy, and studying seed lists especially tree seeds.
