I appreciate them and have a few favorites, and I like the way they offer contrasting colors.

For the most part though, I like my plants green if available.

First time I saw the variegated Brug which could be Maya or Peaches and Cream, I was blown away by the leaves. It is in here.

Usually, I will select the non-variegated over the variegated, but I still have a fair number of variegated plants. They certainly are in vogue now and people are willing to pay for the variegation. Here are a few of the variegated ones I do make room for.... Several of these are garden plants, rather than "house plants".

I'm curious about variegated Spathiphyllum . Anyone here have? Shouldn't they be fairly easy?

I fully agree with all the mentions of how fickle variegation is.

Mostly pothos for me, they seem to change their minds every year, leaf by leaf. Indoor lighting, very consistent.

Yes, they are absolutely easy to care for

Spathyphillums are reliable both indoor or outdoor in protected spot, and they came in some varieties and sizes.
this one is the smallest in my garden. mature to 12cm only


These are the largest variety I grow S. 'Sensation' Variegated. They will mature to a huge size if grown in big pots or ground. leaves can attain 75cm in optimum condition. yellow and white version
