Please could somebody help identify this plant, it is growing in the full sun here in Bulgaria and is just starting to flower.

It's Sedum 'Autumn Joy'. Looks like snails have been having a feast on it. Hilarious!

The pinkish lavender color of the OP's sedum suggests Sedum spectabile 'Neon' rather than the dark reddish 'Autumn Joy'.
