I have a Pygmy Date Palm and Dracaena Marginata (both are inside home). The Pygmy is drooping, brown tips and also has white fuzz growing at the base and the Dracaena has brown tips. I have no clue what is going on and/or how to save them. I water them 1-2x a week and they get sunlight daily. Please help me save my babies (I am new to the plant world and any advice would help).

Welcome!

Both your plants look good. The fuzzy is probably a little bit of mold (or a dust bunny). Pick it off and sprinkle the soil with cinnamon. Brown tips could be an indication you are watering too much. Don't water until the top 2 - 3 inches of soil is dry.

Thank you so much @DaisyI ! I will do the cinnamon with soil right now, and I will implement the 2-3inches of dry soil before watering. Thank you again!
