Hello! I need your help! I have this cyclamen for a month. I placed it next to the window (at a northern part of a house, room temperature 69.8°F). I water it once a week, but some of the flowers are dying as you can see. Could you please advise me what to do?

The flowers are dying due to cold or stress.

Old flowers do die, but will be replaced by new ones. I see a seed pod in there (photo #2, left side). Keep the dying flowers and seed pods pinched out. Keep the soil damp.

It looks quite happy otherwise.
