Wow - a wonderful Paul Lewis blog with pictures of really incredible striped daylilies! And our own Steve Todd (Ahead) is one of those featured, along with his and Peter Donato's CLOWN PANTS seedlings... Hurray!

I spent a lot of time over the past few days reading daylily blogs. Those were some fabulous photos. I read two years worth of blogs out of Houston, their climate seem to match mine pretty closely for timing such things as fertilizing, mulching, and spraying, etc. There was an article on double potting, collecting and spreading oak leaves, and spraying for rust, all things I have been doing here recently. When there is nothing on TV and my team is getting stomped in the ball game, nice to have something to read about daylilies.

Sorry!

I just saw this...lol. Betty, you are the world's greatest daylily cheerleader!

Yes, some amazing things going on....breathtakingly beautiful! I am not sure that the stripe thinger is a big deal in all of daylily land, but it sure is on the Lily Auction! Both Peter and Rich are getting some wonderful things!

Thanks for sharing!
