Hi everyone! Happy holidays! I am finding white spots or it is some kind of substance on the leaves of my roses. There are some leaves that are very tiny and some shriveled up. How I can fix it and what is it?

Looks like spider mite damage. If possible you can submerge the whole pot and plant for a while and drown them.

OOHHH -- Yeah.
Look at the underside of the damaged leaves. See if there isn't a grainy look, or even very faint webs. That'd be spider mites. They're always UNDER the leaf.
