I added some events & noticed that it was adding them to the 28th instead of the 27th so I checked to make sure on each one that it was set for the 27th before I saved but most of them still added to the 28th. Is there an easy way to edit the events or do I have to go through each one & change them?

First you are going to want to go to the database entry of the plant you created the event for. When you do that, this should pop up on the left side of the page:
Thumb of 2020-12-28/KFredenburg/3630dc
Click on "add an event report".
After clicking on "add an event report", your original event will pop up.

Click on the pencil image, and then you can do your editing from there.
