There are many which I would like but one I hope to have one day is Emmerich's "Pray Without Ceasing". I love the pictures and what a lovely name. I also hope to get "Majestic Design" this year.

Pray without Ceasing is at the top if my must have wish list too, with Black Panther and The Ultimate Sacrifice just behind. I have a longer list of wishes, but these are the ones I really want.

Nancy, I will probably have enough Black Panther to get you a couple of fans this spring if you like. Smiling

Seeing lots here I am not familiar with. I am afraid to look them up, my garden is full. Or rather, I have more than I can take care of already Sighing!
I added Rose F. Kennedy in fall 2019 but it did not bloom although it looks quite healthy.

*I've got to go along with Pray Without Ceasing. The pictures of it are glorious.
*I'd also like to trial Tranquil Tiger but don't know if it would be hardy here
*Purple Panther is a beauty too if the color/substance would hold in our heat. One of the reasons I don't pay big bucks for dark daylilies. Our sun/heat/humidity can make a $200.00 daylily not worth 50 cents by end of day.............Maryl

I have a wish list that I keep adding to that's 157 cultivars long, but I really am running out of space in my yard to put new plants. So I am trying to be responsible this year and only add a few. I realized this past summer that I need more orange and red flowers in my garden, so I have been looking for round, ruffly edged orange or red daylilies. These are my top choices right now, but I'm not sure how hardy they all are in zone 5a. I'd welcome suggestions if you have them!

Hi Marcie-

I can tell you that Orange Blossom Trail survived a mild winter here in Ohio, but it certainly wasn't happy. I kept it long enough
to get a very nice seedling, but the seedling is about the same. In my opinion, you might try something else.

I do grow Pray Without Ceasing and have to say it's worth every penny you will pay if you are able to get it ... especially if you are planning to hybridize with it. I bought All Things to All Men (big Emmerich fan here) because Karol said you would never need to buy another daylily - it's that good. Well it is an extremely good daylily for edges in particular but it is eclipsed by PWOC.

I also grew Lilac Lollipop for the club. There are no seedlings out of it yet, but it's a really, really nice plant.

I have a few thousand daylilies in my "field" Hilarious! and have a boat load of watermarks, but I like them with triangular pointed
watermarks rather than the rounded ones. I also have so many with the yellow ruffles, and ordered a couple from Karol that
have dark edges instead. Edges in any other color besides yellow! I also like self colors or those with just a hint of an accent
around the edge (a picotee).... and not so many heavy ruffles. The one I would love is Small World 8th Wonder of the World!!!

Watermark seedlings-
