KvB has a 20% sale going on right now. The problem is that they have some new stuff that I both like and want.
- Astilbe Mojito - Yellowish-Greenish
- Dutchman's Breeches (Dicentra cucullaria)
- Trandescantia Merlot Clusters - Purple and blue flower clusters
- Epimedium Lilafee
- Epimedium sulphureum
- Epimedium warleyense

Individually, the pricing isn't bad. The problem is that with just those 5 items, I'm already up to $160 with shipping!

Granted, I have places in mind for all of it. But, do I really need more plants?

Sighing!

Ok, adding...
- Hardy Garden Amaryllis Alaska
- Hosta Forbidden Fruit (This is the first time I'm seeing them in several years.)
- Cyclamen hederifolium

I've stopped looking at the dollar value.

Only you can answer-- but places in mind is a great starting point! Unlike when I'd collect odds and ends at swap just to try them- no place in mind, cramming them in the beds, did not always work out well for them. Whistling And chickens have the run of most of the back and they can destroy quickly.
The pink buds on Merlot Cluster are a nice bonus - I have a few colors of those flowers but none with color on the buds.

i'm pretty OK today, how are you? ;^)

My 2020 gardening season was a bust with being totally laid up with a back/sciatica nerve problem for 2 months and then physical therapy for another 2 months. I did a trip up to Black Creek Greenhouse in May, in spite of my worries about COVID-19 exposure in high gear, but that was about it for plant purchases. I am more than ready to make up for it in 2021, but haven't started making any mail orders yet.

I sure hope 2021 is a good year for you and your back, aspenhill!

With all day rain predicted, I may get my seed box cleaned out and organized today, and see just what I have. My focus is vegetable gardening and I probably have all I need already. Includes about 10 kinds of tomatoes and I usually just grow 8 plants. D'Oh!
