Historical series and true event series. I'm happy to have hooked up HBO MAX, now I can rewatch Chernobyl and Catherine the Great. HBO does make very good series. 😊

Ted Danson has a new sitcom "The Mayor" it looks silly but I'm going to give it a go. Sometimes mindless TV is good for the spirit!

This movie I highly recommend; Underwater with Kirsten Stewart. It's about deep drilling 7 miles down in the Marianna Trench. The construction and drilling has disturbed some deep sea life never seen before, and they aren't friendly! Classic monster movie, you don't see the creatures clearly until nearly the end, the suspense builds and builds.... a true edge of the seat nail biter movie.... A warning about deep sea exploration, we really don't much about what's down there..... I'm not sure how this slipped past the movie critics radar, I never saw much talk about it.... I saw distinct similarities to the first Alien movie. I highly recommend it, but not for claustrophobic folks.

The HGTV show is called Escape to the Chateau. I agree that they are crazy to tackle all work themselves. And I also had some questions about the safety of things he was doing without safety gear. I would be certain there would be lead or asbestos.
But they are fun, though her taste is not something that appeals to me most of the time.

Jared, three Billboards is awesome! If you like Frances McDormand, be sure to check out her new movie, Nomadland. Lots of Oscars buzz about this one. A semi documentary, directed by a Korean/American lady.

Some of those renovations looked near impossible to me. Like putting in the elevator. But they call it a lift.

Not my taste to collect old stuff and decorate with it.

We watched a version of David Copperfield, with Dev Patel as David. Pretty good, diverse cast. Hugh Laurie has a part too.

We watched 'Mr. Mayor' with Ted Danson. A silly comedy that had its moments. Not great but I did enjoy it and will continue to tune in Thumbs up
