Well, here's some more not great ones...bad light, too far away

Thumb of 2021-01-02/dirtdorphins/635e3c
this is not a black and white photo, and you can almost see the yellow eyes
Thumb of 2021-01-02/dirtdorphins/152f9d

and this is actually a golden eagle silhouette, in the snow, way up high on a dead tree on a ridge...not really worth taking and posting, but I did anyway Sticking tongue out
Thumb of 2021-01-02/dirtdorphins/e9d921

proof of eagle--barely--that's what we call it
I get lots of proof that I saw something anyway Hilarious!

Dirt managed to get the water receding a bit at the edge and I think he captured reflections from the ducks in that water.

Just so you know Bill, Dirt is a very pretty female. I know it's hard to know when we all call her Dirt. After all, dirt is generally associated with the male gender.
And in case you don't know it, I like to tease people in a dry way. Just imagine everything I say being said with a twinkle in my eye & grin on my face.

And I once lobbied for a winking emoji to be added b/c I tease a lot, my mom always teased a lot & it was always accompanied with a wink but some stodgy (a lot of them?) ppl said noooooooooooo, a winking emoji wouldn't do at all. Winking is flirting & we can't have that.
Bah humbug!!!!! I says.

I've seen a couple of Hummingbirds visit the feeders today but I can't seem to get a single picture of one of them, they are just too fast! The only bird photos I've gotten so far today are of a male Northern Cardinal:
