Thanks Vic!

Though some folks think of it as a weed, I just love this particular Oxalis! It sprouts up all over our lawn and in a few flower beds this time of year. This one is growing in a potted plant that's sitting out under a tree so I guess seeds must have blown around for it to have ended up in the pot with the Robellini Palm.

Unfortunately with all the rain we have had here in East Texas all the leaves on these plants have spotted and look terrible. They are also highly invasive here in our sandy soil and so I have dug hundreds of the little "pine cone" bulbs
and thrown away but they still come back. One man' treasure......Ha!

I love pink bulb Oxalis too! They make a great ground cover under roses, Gardenias. O. violacea is native in lower 48.
