I would like to purchase a day lily called "Juris Blue Wonder," or any day lily with JURIS in the name. Do you know a vendor for this plant?
Thank you!

The Juris prefix is used by Harald Juhr from Germany.
I did find a listing of his plants on the Hemerocalis Europa website. Not sure if there is a way to contact him through them to ask if his plants can be found here. His website link doesn't seem to work.

I don't believe there are any vendors in the US with his plants and I have no idea how to contact him or if plants can be imported from Germany. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Thank you both for your information.
I will give it an attempt, but I think I might need to let go of this idea!

Harald Juhr is a Friend on Facebook through one (or more) of the Daylily pages. His profile page gives this link: https://www.juhr-taglilien.de/. There are some beauties that he's hybridized, and his 2021 registrations are here: https://www.juhr-taglilien.de/...

He also has a page, which shows up as "sorts" when viewing in English, that lists and shows pics of all the other daylilies he grows. There are some gorgeous pics in there, too!

Harald has a contact form here: https://www.juhr-taglilien.de/...
I suggest going straight to the source. I'm pretty sure if you view in English in your browser, and complete the contact form in English, he can translate into German on his end. Good luck!

On a related note...I'm not sure whether daylily hybridizers/growers/nurseries in Europe are able to ship to the US, or if they even were able to before the coronavirus. I kind of assume it's a grower by grower situation. @Char do you know?

I need to stop looking at his website. His 2020 registrations Pixie Purple Sunrise, Taunus Black Coat, and Taunus Purple Wing have me like Drooling Lovey dubby !!!

When I say "registered," I don't mean with AHS/ADS. He's in Germany, so I don't know how that works. I'm assuming they're not registered here in the US, and I need to get back to work, so I can't look and see right now.

Edit: My 2nd paragraph is incorrect. Mr. Juhr's daylilies are registered with AHS (although a year earlier than his introduction/registration date on his website) AND they appear here in the NGA Database!

I think I once read that AHS was the place for international registration of daylilies.

I believe you are correct! All three of the ones I named are in the NGA Database as 2019 registrations by
Juhr! Sadly, no pics on NGA Database...maybe someone can reach out for his permission to post some of his wonderful pics.

OK...back to work!

Thanks to all for your input. I did send a message via a contact form on Juhr's website. I don't expect that I will be able to find his plants for sale in the US, or that they are able to be shipped from Germany, but having received your help, I decided it is worth a try!
