It could be Safari Sunset which blooms early, or it could be Widdershins if it blooms mid to late season, and I'm sure there are others in the color pattern too. Is it blooming now?
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
Could be Safari Sunset. Could also be Flame Amber, Earthborn, Beach Dance, or several others. There is a surprising number of irises that look similar to that.

It's not mine. It was posted in a gardening group that I belong to and was wondering what it's name was. Hoping to find it somewhere.
If you search the database for tall bearded amoenas with purple based foliage, there really aren't that many of them. The results of my search are here, and you can take a look at them. https://garden.org/plants/grou...
So if your plant has purple-based foliage, the only one that really looks like yours is Wabash. Its combination of appearance and purple-based foliage make it pretty distinctive.

Yes, that looks exactly like I remember Wabash. My mother grew it in the 1950s and of all her iris, it was my favorite. I'm betting you'll find the purple- based foliage. As a child, I loved the falls on Wabash because they were so much like purple velvet that I wanted to stroke them. Wabash won the coveted Dykes medal in 1940. Even though it's an oldy, it's a goody.

And we have a winner! Definitely Wabash, folks, nice purple bottoms on the foliage, as Daisy said. Thanks so much for helping out! Maybe I can run some other Iris by the sharp knowledgeable eyes of the Iris forum? This is a much dicier proposition with Daylilies, there are just too many of them.
not that I am aware, but there are many that have it. The database does not always have that if it wasn't' specified at registry. It's just like rebloom on a daylily-many do rebloom but the hybridizer didn't add that info when registering it, so those kind of things are somewhat accurate, but they don't have to be.
