One of the new-to-me Rose plants this season. It seems pretty floppy, like it needs to be staked. Is that normal? Thank You!

Now I remember when I saw it at a nursery last year, I thought it was a climber. I think they had it staked.

My new Parade Day, bought bare root from a local high-end nursery in early January, has had every single bloom nod so far. I assumed it was because it was already pot-bound in its 5 gallon pot I put it into (which seems odd), but now I'm wondering! Canes and leaves seem fine.
