Tall order I know but I've had this rose about 30 years, it's a rugosa, very limited 'suckering', about 7 foot tall, very fragrant loose double flowers, large red, round hips, never gets any rose problems (black spot, rust, powdery mildew etc). Pretty sure it had a name - not just 'Rugose Rose' but no records left :-(
