Here's a center front lawn water feature. Another vignette , with plants that bloom all year. The mimosa tree is a hummer fav. I have a couple new starts from seed of mimosas to pot up.

Shallow water feature for birds with 3 fountains surrounded by rocks.

Very nice. Like the colors , mixed textures with natural wood on the shed . And the vine on the roof can't quite make it out? The red maple tree really shines in your garden.

Wisteria . A perfect place for the wisterias. Very good, nice trimming. Of course it takes skill and time to produce showy blooms from wisteria. :tiphat:

What kind of wisteria ? Looks like it will take off with the shed next season.

There is a nice telescopic hand pruner that keeps me off ladders when pruning wisteria. They come in handy for several pruning jobs.

A vignette with Japanese double wisterias, rhodies, hostas,Solomon's seal, jasmine,artemisia, dwarf lace leaf maple, junipers.

i do need to start pruning the wisteria
it has started going up the Redwood behind and is up there maybe 30 ft or so
and i need to keep it out of the Jap Maple

I was wondering about the Wisteria getting into everything. In our area Wisteria is extremely invasive! You can drive around town and it grows into trees, up power lines, etc. Birds plant it with little drops of fertilizer added. Then it just goes crazy! That is on the list with Virginia Creeper, and Japanese Honeysuckle. All of them grow wild here and are really hard to control and even harder, once established, to get rid of!

I think Chinese wisteria is the invasive one. I believe there is one that is more well mannered.
