Has anyone else seen this? It looks like 2 tiny leaves. Light, water, and humidity are good, this plant usually produces large healthy leaves. I just fertilized it today so hoping that will improve this weird growth.

Your "weird growth" is flower stems.

There are examples on the data base entry.
