Here it is May and I already have almost 200 more April blooms to post. I can't post all of them at once, but I'll start doing it in installments and with a minimum of chatter.
And this is Aloha, the Kordes climber. I'm going to post four different blooms, all of which are on the climber at the same time. I think the range of color and design is extraordinary.
It subsequently undergoes an amazing transformation. Here's a picture from last year to show you how it looks when it's fully open. It looks like a completely different rose.
This is Aschermittwoch (Ash Wednesday). It probably looks very boring to you, but later on it will have a Clematis 'Vino' growing through it. The two look super together.
