This Hoya has owned me for over 20 years. I have about the same number of Hoyas and all have bloomed but not this one, so can't use that as identifier help. It's as potbound as I can manage and been that way for years. Anyone know i.d.? It could be H. memoria (aka gracilis) or H. kentiana or ??? I've searched all the Hoya sites I can find. I like to know names of my friends.
Please help!

It doesn't look quite right for Wax Plant (Hoya memoria) or Wax Plant (Hoya gracilis) to me and
H. kentiana doesn't have splotched/splashed leaves. It's impossible to know for sure without blooms but I think it's likely a variety of H. carnosa or H. pubicalyx

Try offering a bloom booster type fertilizer (one with a high middle number) at 1/2 strength during the growing season (warm summer months) and you may be surprised to see peduncles and buds forming before long!
