Recently the new growth on my ZZ Plant has had some strange black not completely formed tips on the leaves. Any suggestions?

I think that may be from overwatering

Hi Desoto, Welcome!

I agree that the problem your ZZ Plant (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) is experiencing is likely a watering issue. How is your plant potted; does the container have drainage holes in the bottom? What type of soil is being used? The ZZ plant requires a soil and pot that allows for good aeration and adequate drainage.
