Beautiful banner Char!
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

I tip my hat to you. Thank you all for the nice comments, thumbs and acorns. The tree was covered in blooms this spring and is now loaded with tiny apples. Should be more than enough for a few batches of apple jelly. Smiling

I haven't tried making apple jelly (recipe?), but like to
make apple turnovers. Easy with Pillsbury pie crust.
Mmmmmmmmm, good. Thumbs up

Apple turnovers...yummm. Agree on Pillsbury pie crust, although I'm a pretty good baker I can't make pie crust to save my life. Hilarious!
There's an easy recipe for apple jelly right in with the Sure Jell. I like the low/no sugar packet and mix the apples adding cortlands and an old cider apple we have on our property to the liberty apples.
