Oh wow on the pink! you have a lot of arabicum! And that is a lot of seedpods!!!

I like white on plumerias and still kicking for not getting the white adenium but your white with yellow throat is equally as good looking as plumerias. That caudex is gorgeous!

Big Momma is definitely happy!!

Looking at the close up photos of your arabicum, I don't think mine are arabicum. The leaf pattern of mine is from obesum!

I have one pink double bloom but it is hard to take a photo when a little froggie has been resting on it all day long! I didn't have the to shoo it away!


This should be captioned, "a bed of desert rose"!

actually there are 2 slightly different pinks ...big mama has a wider pink, darker outer margin w/a longer throat ....that fades to a darker pink
the other pink, is shared by 2 related plants - a narrow & lighter pink outer margin w/a shorter throat

the seed pod pic (above) has 12 pairs of pods ...

the "Texas White" has seed pods all over it too .... first year - will see what happens

Oh wow! More seedpods and possibly a cross? Wow! I don't think I can handle more. I've given away my seeds.

By the way, did you add these to the data base? big Momma and Texas White deserves a solo picture. And the arabicum with a shorter throat.

@deepsouth is this an arabicum bloom? This is the one with fuzzy leaves.

I cant tell ... need a better look at the leaf .....

arabicum leaves are wider, but shorter - and pale / dull green & almost leathery (the green reminds me of lima bean green)
obesium leaves are narrow & longer - and gloss green

the flower looks to me like a A obesium

arabicum flower - back to front - are more flat and less tubular-like

watering -

wait a few more days - then saturate plant - (with maybe a dose of water soluble fertilizer) ...
avoid mid day or afternoon watering ...........make certain water *does not* come up to your block or you will need to start over

Hurricane omg where ? Florida ?

Louisiana! This is an active hurricane season for us in Florida too. So I had already repotted my adeniums from plastic pots to the shallow clay pots or heavier pots.

It was very windy yesterday but these pots really kept my adeniums from falling down. I have them in well draining potting soil and perlite mix as well.
