Behold, the majestic Ficus 'Audrey' in its native habitat....

The suburban post office storm drain. Sighing!
I have found that coffee, tea, and rose can all agree on one thing... water everyday.

Only in Florida... Imagine what it will look like in a year! Rolling on the floor laughing

An excellent example of how Ficus (Ficuses? Ficuii?) LOVE water.

Yeah. I don't even want to think about what those roots are doing to the drainage pipes. I once saw a Burgundy Ficus elastica roots vs inground concrete pool once. It wasn't pretty. The pool was toast.
