Hi guys! My syngonium has had a problem with the past 3 new leaves not unfurling. When the first one unfurled (with my help) it has tiny brown/black spots on it. Now, when I pull apart the newest leaf, I see tiny WHITE BUGS along with worsened black spots (last photo).

What is this?!

It looks like your plant has an aphid infestation. Fill your sink with soapy water, invert the plant, and swirl all the leaves and stems in the soapy water for about 30 seconds.

Be sure to water the plant as soon as the top surface of the soil feels dry to your touch.
